VIVAT confirms appointments in the Executive Board

VIVAT confirms Wendy de Ruiter-Lörx and Jeroen Potjes are appointed Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operating Officer respectively of VIVAT NV, SRLEV NV, Proteq Levensverzekeringen NV and Reaal Schadeverzekeringen NV. On April 11th 2016 VIVAT announced the nomination of both new members of the Executive Board.
Jan Nooitgedagt and Miriam van Dongen have stepped down as Supervisory Board member delegate of the above mentioned entities at the same time as the effective appointment of Wendy de Ruiter-Lörx and Jeroen Potjes. They remain chairman and member respectively of the Supervisory Board.
