Athora, NN Group and Anbang Reach Agreement on Sale of VIVAT

VIVAT NV (VIVAT) has been informed by its shareholder Anbang Insurance Group Co., Ltd. (Anbang) that Athora, NN Group and Anbang reached a conditional agreement on the sale of all shares in VIVAT. Athora is to acquire 100% of the shares in VIVAT from Anbang. Thereafter, VIVAT Schadeverzekeringen NV (VIVAT Schade) will be on-sold to NN Group.
The transaction is conditional upon advice of the works council, regulatory approval, and approval of the competition authorities. The transaction is supported by VIVAT's Executive Board and Supervisory Board.
